We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys leading people, driving results, and delivering a great customer experience every day.
About the Role
Reporting to the State Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing Trade Sales team. Your focus will be on coaching, performance, and service excellence—ensuring KPIs are met, customers are wowed, and growth targets are achieved.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop a team across Trade Sales, eCommerce, and Customer Service
Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive customer engagement
Ensure fast, accurate order and quote processing within agreed SLAs
Deliver regular team training focused on sales excellence, service, and product knowledge
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans where needed
Optimise service levels across calls, emails, chats, and online platforms
Analyse customer feedback and sales trends to improve processes and outcomes
Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and safety standards
Provide clear reports and insights to management
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading or supervising a sales or customer service team
Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills
A results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement
Ability to balance operational efficiency with excellent customer service
Confidence using systems, reports, and data to guide decisions
Industry experience highly regarded
