Inside Sales Representative
Work Zone Solutions, a subsidiary of the Jaybro Group, specialises in high-performance barrier systems, focusing on safety, innovation, and sustainability. Our products include concrete barriers, steel barriers, plastic barriers, crash cushions, anti-gawk screens and hostile vehicle mitigation systems.
We are looking for our next Category Inside Sales superstar to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW.
Reporting to the Category Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and other forms of communication to convert leads into sales
Quote creation
Outbound quote follow-up
Enter and manage orders in our ERP system
Book Pick Tickets/ Freight with internal & 3PL Branches
In bound receiving completion in SAP
Exceed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned category.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Provide expert advice on our range of products and services, ensuring the right solutions for our customers
Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Managers, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any post-sale issues.
Accurately update and maintain CRM systems with customer information, sales activity, and pipeline status
Requirements:
Previous experience in an inbound and outbound sales or a customer focused role
Experience with CRM & ERP systems (E.g. SAP or Salesforce)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, self-motivated and customer focused approach
Ability to work autonomously
