Are you a relationship-driven sales individual who thrives on growing accounts and delivering great customer experiences? Jaybro Group is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to help drive our continued growth.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of trade customers. You’ll build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and sales results.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Build strong, long-term relationships with trade customers
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and process orders accurately
Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
Use CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activity
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements
Proven experience in sales or account management (trade or B2B preferred) - civil infrastructure, underground, or traffic equipment experience highly regarded
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, results-driven mindset
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Confidence using CRM systems
A team player who takes pride in delivering great service
Open to continuous learning
