The team at Arndell Park are looking for a Production General Hand to join their Production team.

Responsibilities

• Printing and manufacturing signs, inspecting, packing for dispatch

• Receive incoming orders, check for accuracy and fulfill customer order

• Follow quality control guidelines to ensure products meet specified standards

• Operate and maintain equipment, such as production machinery, printers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools, following safety protocols

• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, packing, sorting, and labelling of products

• Maintain accurate records of order fulfillment and inventory transactions

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues

• Keep production area clean, organised, and free of clutter

• Prioritise and adhere to all health, safety, quality and environmental guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in production, or printing

• Experience in operating forklift, production machinery, and industrial printers

• A strong commitment to safety practices

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Well organised with a proactive approach

• Eager to learn with a growth mindset

• Energetic and sociable, capable of working within a tight-knit team
