Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our regional presence by building strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering smart technical solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with commercial thinking and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow your region, consistently exceeding revenue and GP targets
Deliver WOW customer service to both internal and external customers
Develop and execute a regional business plan to drive sustainable growth
Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Use deep product and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
Drive sales through effective lead generation, qualification, and deal conversion
Negotiate contracts and secure profitable agreements
Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities, sharing insights with leadership
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with business goals
Report on sales performance, budgets, and pipeline activity
Support and mentor junior team members when required
Follow company systems, processes, and Integrated Management System requirements, while contributing ideas for improvement
What You’ll Bring
Strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness - Industry experience highly regarded
Proven experience in business development, sales, or technical consulting
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for growth
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results
Experience with CRM - Salesforce
