About the Role
In this full-time, Monday to Friday role, you will work alongside a fun and experienced team to provide expert product knowledge, answer calls, process orders, and resolve customer enquiries. This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries and proactively generating outbound sales across our product range, with the opportunity to build your knowledge and make a meaningful contribution to team success.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and enquiries to convert sales and deliver great service
Proactively grow your pipeline (new customers, white space, campaigns, follow-ups)
Process quotes and orders accurately in Salesforce/SAP and follow through to closure
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across product categories
Build strong customer relationships while managing pricing, margin, and overall customer experience
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service/sales, including inbound/outbound calls and upselling
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
