Jaybro is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our Product & Supply Chain team on a focused, short-term data project. This role will play a key part in improving visibility across supply chain performance, helping teams make clearer, more informed decisions through better reporting and data structure.
The role is based in Arndell Park, NSW with an ASAP start through to 30 June 2026.
Responsibilities:
Build structured reports in excel combining data from multiple sources.
Refresh and update Excel dashboards to keep supply chain data current and easy to read.
Clean, align, and prepare data to ensure consistency in business systems/Master Data.
Carry out analysis of inventory levels/supplier performance to maintain optimal stock and support cross functional teams.
Help identify gaps and breakdowns in supply chain processes by digging into the data and highlighting issues to the team
Help investigate stockouts/obsolescence by gathering data and supporting follow-up actions with Buyers/Category Managers.
Maintain accurate vendor, item, and inventory data within ERP systems and flagging inconsistencies.
Support supplier price reviews and assist with ERP pricing updates.
Prepare regular reports on procurement and inventory performance metrics.
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in data, analytics, or supply chain.
Strong Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)
Basic Power BI capability (building visuals, simple measures)
Ability to clean, organise, and interpret datasets
Clear communication skills and strong stakeholder follow-through
Nice-to-Haves
Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems
Power Query or basic SQL skills
Experience in supply chain or logistics environments
