The team at Carole Park are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join their team.

About the Role

In this full-time, Monday to Friday role (6:00am start), you will work alongside a fun and experienced team as a Warehouse Operator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our customers by accurately receiving, storing, picking and dispatching products, while contributing to a safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and unload incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is accurate and in good condition.

• Store stock safely and accurately within the warehouse and maintain organised inventory locations.

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.

• Maintain inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and stocktakes.

• Operate counter balance & high reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while loading/unloading trucks and containers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

• Current Forklift Licence with experience operating counterbalance and high reach forklifts.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following safe work practices.

• Well-organised, reliable and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team.
