About the role:
Jaybro is seeking a Truck Driver with a passion for WOWing customers with service to join our team in Arndell Park.
This position is a permanent full-time opportunity with a 6am start Monday to Friday servicing the Sydney Metropolitan area and semi regional work.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe and Reliable Delivery: Deliver products to customers with timeliness and care, ensuring all items arrive in excellent condition.
Warehouse Operations: Play a vital role in picking, packing, and maintaining stock levels to support warehouse efficiency.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a professional, helpful manner, providing outstanding service.
Quality Control: Verify the quality and accuracy of products prior to delivery, ensuring Jaybro’s high standards are met.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance on delivery vehicles to ensure reliability and safety.
Requirements:
Current and valid MR Driver’s Licence with experience in multi-drop deliveries and good knowledge of the Sydney/Greater Sydney area preferred.
Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and handling items up to 20kg.
Strong commitment to safety, responsible driving practices, and delivering quality service.
Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
As part of the Jaybro Group recruitment process you are required to complete a pre-employment medical and national criminal history check.
